On March 10, ISF will invite you to a 3-hour practical workshop on the specific activities of the compliance function within the SSIF / SAI, function within the internal control system, in order to clarify the compliance activities from the perspective of the risk-based approach. according to MiFID guidelines on compliance function.
During the event there will be discussions, exchanges of views on the new approach to the annual compliance report for SSIF / SAI / AFIA as well as the identification of the main compliance risk indicators adapted to the business model.
The workshop will be held by Mrs. Mihaela-Corina Stoica, ICA, ACI is Director of Compliance at SAI Certinvest SA, has experience in the capital market for over 20 years being a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Bucharest. He holds international certifications in the field of financial markets: International Diploma in Compliance (ICA), ACI Dealing Money Markets - Products & Market Disciplines, master in International Financial and Monetary Systems - ATTF Luxembourg. He is a lecturer authorized by ASF / BNR and holds seminars at the Faculty of Mathematics and Informatics in Bucharest.
