A specialist in human resources, with over 20 years of experience in personal development and adult training, benefiting from the experience gained within EIPA European Institute of Public Administration, he has held various management positions in the field, including Director of Development of National Institute of Administration, being in the ISF team for more than four years.
Phd. Assoc. Prof. Laura Elly NAGHI, doctor in the field of Finance - Insurance with an experience of over 15 years in the field of professional training of adults. He completed postdoctoral studies at ASE Bucharest in the field of insurance. He has several books published in the financial field, BDI articles and participations in international conferences frequently. ANC authorized trainer, with international certifications, participated in the elaboration of professional training manuals specific to non-banking financial markets. He gives presentations at events organized in the financial market, including financial education projects among students (middle school, high school) and pre-university teachers."
Dana LEMNARU has over 20 years of experience in the field of insurance and over 18 years in the development and training of people. For 10 years she coordinated the training department of Allianz-Ţiriac Asigurări and was responsible for the development of the strategy and professional training programs for the company's sales force. Since 2015, Dana is the manager of the Human Resources Department within Allianz-Țiriac Asigurări. In her capacity as human resources manager, Dana is actively involved in all human resources processes of Allianz Țiriac, coordinating and implementing programs aimed at attracting and retaining talent, developing people, promoting a healthy lifestyle, systematic leadership development , promoting behaviors that support the company's values. Aware that people and team synergy can lead to great business results through HR initiatives, Dana helps build an organizational culture where people matter, providing added value for both the Allianz Țiriac team and for the company's customers. He has over 20 years of experience in the capital market.
Ștefan PRIGOREANU, CEO of Millenium Insurance Broker SA, has over 20 years of experience in the Romanian insurance industry. He is one of the few insurance specialists with relevant background and experience both in the regulation and supervision of the private pension system, and in the world of martial arts, where he has honed his perseverance for over 25 years. As a lecturer and leader of trainers at an important provider of professional training in insurance, but also as a founding member and former Vice President of the Romanian Employers of Insurance-Reinsurance Brokers, he is also involved with all specific legal requirements and changes brought by European legislation.
