Institute of Financial Studies organized again this year, on June 19- 20, 2024, the Capital Market Summer School, already in its 4th edition. During the event, Mr. Adrian CODIRLAȘU was invited as a trainer and presented a highly topical subject, "Introduction to the Class of Digital Assets", and Ms. Simona FĂTU who discussed about "The Impact of Climate Sustainability on Companies' Development Strategy".
The Capital Market School is a free event mainly aimed at the professions mentioned in the domain's regulations, offering the possibility to comply with the continuous professional training requirements for 2024 by accumulating a minimum of 15 hours of continuous professional training, in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) Regulation no. 28/2020.
The event was attended by 26 participants, including administrators, members of supervisory boards and generally people from executive management, middle and line management positions, key personnel from companies, including but not limited to: the compliance officer/person fulfilling the compliance function, risk assessment and management/ risk management personnel, internal control/ compliance, individual investment consultants, individuals providing investment services, internal audit, actuaries, etc.
