    General Information

    The Institute of Financial Studies, in partnership with the Financial Supervisory Authority, is pleased to invite you to the European Conference on Financial Services (ECFS) 2025 - DIGITAL TRANSITION IN FINANCIAL SERVICES: CHALLENGES AND OPPORTUNITIES GENERATED BY NEW REGULATIONS, 9th Edition, taking place on March 20-21, 2025, in Brașov, at Hotel Qosmo.

    This event serves as a key reference point for financial professionals, regulators, fintech innovators, and technology experts.

    In a rapidly evolving landscape marked by accelerated transformations and new legislative requirements, this year's edition will explore the impact of European regulations on the digitalization of financial services. Covering MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets), DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act), and PSD3 (Payment Services Directive), as well as challenges for fintechs and the implications of DeFi, the conference will highlight solutions and perspectives for a safer, more efficient, and innovative financial ecosystem.
