Event organized by the Financial Supervisory Authority and the Institute of Financial Studies, dedicated to tomorrow's generation of financial market professionals
The Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) and the Institute of Financial Studies (ISF) will organize on March 19, 2016 an event dedicated to the future generation of financial market professionals.
The event, generically called Be Smart!, is addressed to high school children (age category 10-15 years) of professionals in the non-banking financial market. Through this non-formal educational program, designed based on interactive presentations, free discussions, captivating images, children will be explained notions about:
- the importance of financial planning:
- how do we save,
- what is the use of saving us,
- the difference between income and loss,
- what is the risk
- what an insurance is used for
- why it is important to diversify financial income.
This event aims to provide children with knowledge and skills useful in the real world. Thus, the aim will be to teach children the importance of diversified financial planning in order to cover risk and increase future financial well-being, how to keep track of financial expenses over a period of time (time management) and how to use a budget efficiently (resources). financial).
During the event, lecturers specializing in educational activities dedicated to children will interact with participants, offering explanations and training them in practical financial planning exercises, such as competition.
Through this event, ASF and ISF want to be actively involved in the process of increasing the level of financial education among young people, contributing to the construction of a sustainable financial education of tomorrow's generation.
