Based on the Financial Supervisory Authority's Council Decision no. 1036 / 02.09.2020, the composition of the ISF Board of Directors was amended as follows:

- Ovidiu Petru - VicePresident;
- Vasile Neagu - Member;
- Paul Nica - Member;
- Mihaela Cojocaru - Member;
- Dragoş Haşegan - Member;
- Alexandru Ciuncan - Member.
We wish success to the new team coordinating the activity of the Institute of Financial Studies and we are with them in achieving the proposed objectives.
