PhD. Prof. Marian SIMINICĂ, Executive Director of ISF and PhD professor at the University of Craiova, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, teaches courses in Economic and Financial Analysis and Financial Diagnosis of the company and is a PhD supervisor in Accounting. He has a rich experience in university management, holding the position of Vice Dean of the Faculty (2008 - 2012), responsible for scientific research and quality assurance of education, as well as Dean, in 2012 - 2016. He was Vice President of the Board of the Association Romanian Faculties of Economics (2012-2016). He is a member of several professional associations in the economic field, respectively: expert evaluator ANEVAR, being General Secretary of the association in the period 2016-2017; expert accountant, CECCAR member; tax consultant, CCFR member. Since 2014 he is Vice President of the Romanian Society of Economic - Financial Analysis (SRAEF). Since 2017 he is a member of the CNATDCU Commission "Economic Sciences and Business Administration", and since 2018 a member of the Commission of permanent experts ARACIS, contributing to the external evaluation of numerous undergraduate and master's degree programs in economics. He has extensive experience in scientific research materialized in the publication of 7 books and university textbooks, over 60 articles in specialized journals, including 12 articles in journals indexed Web of Science with AIS nenul, participation in national and international conferences, participation in scientific research contracts as a grant director or member of the research team. He is a reviewer for several Web of Science indexed journals and a member of the editorial board for several indexed journals in International Databases. The main research directions are: financial performance and business risks; sectoral economic-financial analyzes; business behavior research models.
PhD. Assoc. Prof. Laura Elly NAGHI, doctor in the field of Finance - Insurance with an experience of over 15 years in the field of professional training of adults. He completed postdoctoral studies at ASE Bucharest in the field of insurance. He has several books published in the financial field, BDI articles and participations in international conferences frequently. ANC authorized trainer, with international certifications, participated in the elaboration of professional training manuals specific to non-banking financial markets. He gives presentations at events organized in the financial market, including financial education projects among students (middle school, high school) and pre-university teachers.
Valentin IONESCU, President of the Institute of Financial Studies and General Director of the General Insurance Directorate within ASF. He worked for 18 years in various private companies in the country and abroad, in the field of capital market investments. He held the position of Director of the Strategy and Financial Stability Department within ASF. He also held the position of Director of the Integrated Supervision Department (2013 - 2014) and Director of the Insurance Regulatory Authorization Department (2017-2019). The professional activity also includes positions such as General Manager of the Bucharest Stock Exchange, Member of the Board of Directors at Sibex, SIF Moldova (2012 - 2013) and Chairman of the Board of the Central Depository, but also international experience - Euro Invest Bank Gmbh Austria (Head of Sales, 2009 - 2010) and Wood & Co Czech Republic (Senior Sales Trader, 2007-2009). Mr. Valentin Ionescu graduated from the Academy of Economic Studies, Faculty of Commerce, has an MBA from CNAM Paris, a Master in Business Development from ASE and a Diploma in Finance from George Town University US. He is an active member of various ESMA and EIOPA committees. Participates as a guest at CNSM meetings. He graduated from the Aspen Institute and attended the Financial Sector Surveillance and External Vulnerabilities and Early Warning Exercise courses at the Joint Vienna Institute. He has published articles and opinions in various publications in the country and abroad and has been interviewed by Bloomberg on several occasions.
Anita NIȚULESCU has been leading, for over 15 years, the company Eurolife FFH Asigurări România, part of the international investment fund Fairfax Financial Holding. Anita is also the one who laid the foundations of the business in Romania and who contributed in a sustained way to the development and crystallization of a new business model on the local market: the bancassurance segment. From a company focused exclusively on the bancassurance segment, Eurolife FFH has today become a multichannel company, with an active presence in the area of online insurance products, partnerships and brokers. Anita graduated from the Faculty of Economic Studies in Bucharest and attended an EMBA program at ASEBUSS - Washington University, the experience gained being exclusively in the insurance industry. He started his career in 1997, at ING Asigurări de Viață, where he held the position of operations director for 9 years. In August 2006, she was recruited by the international group Eurolife Insurance with the role of laying the foundations of the company Eurolife Asigurări România.
Dana LEMNARU has over 20 years of experience in the field of insurance and over 18 years in the development and training of people. For 10 years she coordinated the training department of Allianz-Ţiriac Asigurări and was responsible for the development of the strategy and professional training programs for the company's sales force. Since 2015, Dana is the manager of the Human Resources Department within Allianz-Țiriac Asigurări. As a human resources manager, Dana is actively involved in all human resources processes of Allianz Țiriac, coordinating and implementing programs aimed at attracting and retaining talent, developing people, promoting a healthy lifestyle, systematic leadership development , promoting behaviors that support the company's values. Aware that the people and the synergy of the team can lead to very good results in business, through the HR initiatives undertaken, Dana helps to build an organizational culture in which people matter, thus ensuring added value for both the Allianz Țiriac team and for the company's customers.
