Prof. univ. dr. Marian SIMINICĂ, Executive Director of ISF and university professor at the University of Craiova, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, teaches courses in Economic-Financial Analysis and Financial Diagnosis of the firm and is a doctoral supervisor in the field of Accounting. He has extensive experience in university management, holding the position of Associate Dean of the Faculty (2008 – 2012), responsible for scientific research and ensuring the quality of education, as well as that of Dean from 2012 to 2016. He was Vice President of the Board of Directors of the Association of Economic Faculties in Romania (2012-2016). He is a member of several professional associations in the economic field, namely: ANEVAR evaluator expert, being Secretary General of the association in the period 2016-2017; certified accountant, member of CECCAR; tax consultant, member of CCFR. Since 2014, he has been Vice President of the Romanian Society for Economic-Financial Analysis (SRAEF). Since 2017, he has been a member of the CNATDCU Commission for "Economic Sciences and Business Administration," and since 2018 a member of the ARACIS permanent expert committee, contributing to the external evaluation of numerous undergraduate and master's degree programs in the economic field. He has vast experience in scientific research activity, concretized in the publication of 7 books and university manuals, over 60 articles in specialized journals, of which 12 articles in journals indexed in the Web of Science with non-zero AIS, participation in national and international conferences, participation in scientific research contracts as grant director or team member. He is a reviewer for several journals indexed in the Web of Science and a member of the editorial board for several journals indexed in International Databases. The main research directions are: financial performance and risks of enterprises; sectoral economic-financial analyses; models of research on enterprise behavior.
Assoc. Prof. dr. Laura Elly NAGHI, Doctor in Finance - Insurance with over 15 years of experience in adult vocational training. She completed postdoctoral studies at ASE Bucharest in the field of insurance. She has published several books in the financial field, indexed articles, and frequently participates in international conferences. An authorized ANC trainer with international certifications, she has participated in the development of training manuals specific to non-banking financial markets. She gives presentations at events organized in the financial market, including financial education projects among students (middle school, high school) and pre-university teachers.
Virgil ICHIM, CEO of Allianz-Tiriac Private Pensions, has over 24 years of experience in the financial field. In the last 21 years, he has worked within Allianz-Tiriac Insurance, where he has held various responsibilities as a division manager, from coordinating portfolios in terms of technical results to implementing growth initiatives and strategic positioning, while contributing significantly to the creation and development of the life insurance business, right from its launch. In March 2019, Virgil Ichim was authorized for the position of General Director of ALLIANZ-TIRIAC Private Pensions. He is a graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics at the University of Bucharest and the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, specializing in International Economic Relations.
Bogdan TUDOSIE has over 15 years of experience in sales and trading on financial markets. He currently organizes and coordinates sales activities within BRD Asset Management. He has been an active member of the CFA Romania association since 2013 when he was awarded the CFA title, one of the most prestigious in the world among financial professionals."
