Vocational Training Seminar SmartFIN@ISF at Valahia University in Târgoviște - March 30, 2022
The Institute of Financial Studies in partnership with Valahia University in Târgoviște invites you on March 30, 2022, at 13:00 to the Seminar of Vocational Training SmartFIN@ISF. The seminar includes interactive presentations on the subject of careers and case study presentations, technical and practical aspects in the field of insurance, capital market, pensions.
Special guests at the session on March 30:
Prof. Dr. Marian SIMINICĂ, Executive Director of ISF and university professor doctor at the University of Craiova, Faculty of Economics and Administration of Businesses, teaches courses in Economic-Financial Analysis and Financial Diagnosis of the firm and is a doctoral supervisor in the field of Accounting. He has extensive experience in university management, holding the position of Vice-Dean of the Faculty (2008 – 2012), responsible for scientific research and quality assurance of education, as well as that of Dean during the period 2012 – 2016. He was Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Association of Economics Faculties in Romania (2012-2016). He is a member of several professional associations in the economic field, namely: ANEVAR expert evaluator, being Secretary General of the association during the period 2016-2017; accountant expert, member CECCAR; tax consultant, member CCFR. Since 2014 he has been Vice-President of the Romanian Society of Economic - Financial Analysis (SRAEF). Since 2017 he has been a member of the CNATDCU Commission "Economic Sciences and Business Administration", and since 2018 a member of the permanent expert commission ARACIS, contributing to the external evaluation of numerous bachelor and master's degree programs in the economic field. He has extensive experience in scientific research, materialized in the publication of 7 books and university manuals, over 60 articles in specialized journals, of which 12 articles in journals indexed in Web of Science with non-zero AIS, participation in national and international conferences, participation in scientific research contracts as grant director or member of the research team. He is a reviewer for several journals indexed in Web of Science and a member of the editorial board for several journals indexed in International Databases. The main research directions are: financial performance and risks of enterprises; sectoral economic-financial analyses; models of research on enterprise behavior.
Conf. Dr. Laura Elly NAGHI, Doctor in the field of Finance - Insurance with over 15 years of experience in adult vocational training. She completed post-doctoral studies at ASE Bucharest in the field of insurance. She has published several books in the financial field, indexed articles and frequent participation in international conferences. Authorized ANC trainer, with international certifications, she participated in the development of specific professional training manuals for non-banking financial markets. She gives presentations at events organized in the financial market, including financial education projects among students (middle school, high school) and pre-university teachers.
Mihaela BADEA has vast experience in training, management, insurance, and media. She was trained in top companies and says that her motivation comes from social interactions and quality results. She encourages learning through experience, in an open and active framework, and says she learns best when teaching others. Mihaela is Training and Organizational Development Manager at Groupama Asigurări, a company where she has had various roles in training, consulting, recruiting, and coordination.
Cristian TUDORESCU has over 18 years of experience in capital markets, as Director of Research at Tradeville SA (former Vanguard SA), and then as an investment administrator in Investment Management Companies. Specialist in the evaluation of financial instruments and company evaluation, consultant in financing projects for private companies and public entities. Graduate of Level II in the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Program. Over 10 years of experience in delivering courses and training for specialists in financial markets.
Leonard LACHE, CFA, FRM, PhD, graduated with a bachelor's, master's, and doctorate in economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. Leonard has academic interests: financial instruments and markets, financial modeling, and risk management. He has 11 years of experience in the corporate environment, in the banking sector, and since April 2020, in private pensions. His hobbies include reading, the auto universe, planespotting, decorations, and cuisine from the East.
